Ballot Terms & conditions
Limit one (1) Entry per valid email address. Duplicate Entries by the same person will be subject to disqualification. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
The Promoter [AVALON GROUP & AVALON PROMOTIONS] is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorised email address holder. While the Taskmaster: The Live Experience is running, the Promoter will randomly select winners.
Winners will receive a link to the ticket provider [EVENTIM] from [email protected] on 19th June 2024 or at a random date chosen by the Promoter.
The email the link is sent to will be the one provided by the customer during the sign up process. An email which did not sign up to the ballot will not be valid.
Winners have 48 hours to purchase their tickets, subject to availability. If Winners fail to purchase tickets within 48 hours the validity of their winner email expires and any remaining tickets will be released on general sale. By signing up for the Taskmaster: The Live Experience Ballot, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Promoter.
Winners will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for one of two game play experiences for Taskmaster: The Live Experience (Absolute Casserole and Melon Buffet) at a specified Date and Time. Winners may buy up to 14 tickets for the specified Date and Time to select their chosen “Game-Slot”. Buying 14 tickets “Buys-Out” the “Game-Slot” and also triggers a group saving price point. Purchasing fewer than 14 tickets will leave tickets available for other members of the public to purchase and play in the same “Game-Slot”.
Once you have received the link you must do the following:
- 1. Follow the link provided in your winner email
- 2. Create a password
- 3. Login to book
- 4. Choose your Lane
- 5. Choose your Date
- 6. Choose your Time Slot
- 7. Choose your Number of tickets
If you wish to purchase more tickets for your run, you can log back into your Eventim account and increase the number of tickets in your order. This is subject to availability.
By entering Taskmaster: The Live Experience Ballot, you consent to the Promoter contacting you about your Entry, as well as with updates on the show and marketing communications about the best shows and offers from the producers of Taskmaster: The Live Experience [AVALON]. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Taskmaster: The Live Experience Ballot at any time and without notice. The Promoter does not take responsibility for lost, delayed or incorrectly completed Entries. The Promoter will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Promoter’s privacy policy here. By participating in the Taskmaster: The Live Experience Ballot, entrants hereby agree to Promoter’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Promoter’s privacy policy.
